Cecilie Karpinski

Cecilie has been connected to music since childhood. She grew up as a classically trained singer and later began songwriting herself. Piano was her main instrument growing up in Copenhagen and she later added cello to her list too.

She initially started working in the music industry in 2014 stage managing at venues and festivals such as Roskilde Festival, before moving into publishing and sync and eventually secured her role in music supervision.
In 2020, Cecilie was selected as one of the “Top 20 Under 30” in the Nordic music industry for her work as a sync manager.

Besides co-running day to day at GLUE, Cecilie studies law at Copenhagen University planning to specialize herself in entertainment law and copyright law.

Though classical choir arrangements and orchestral performances will always have a special place in her heart, Cecilie is strongly drawn to a wide range of genres such as electronic, pop, soul and indie.
